Welcome to Stratara. These terms govern your access to our offerings via stratara365.com. By engaging with Stratara, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Stratara specializes in company valuation and strategic fiscal modelling expertise. Our offerings include tailored analysis, projections, and reports designed to support decision-making processes.

3. Services

All bespoke assignments are prepared by our team following client requirements. Because each engagement is customized and delivered in stages, cancellations and rescheduling are permitted up to 48 hours before the agreed start date. After delivery, fees are non-refundable. This approach ensures quality control and efficient resource allocation.

4. Digital Products

Digital materials such as guides, learning modules, or templates may be downloaded immediately. Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided no file download or access has occurred. Once access is granted, no reimbursement is available. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7 days.

5. Physical Goods

Physical items ordered are eligible for a refund request within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Clients are responsible for shipping costs of sent-back items. Approved reimbursements are issued via the original payment method within 10 days of our receipt of those items. Alternatively, clients may request an exchange.

6. Reimbursement and Rescheduling Details

To request a refund or to reschedule a service, please use our contact form. We review each request and respond within 5 business days. Reimbursements follow the timelines outlined above. For certain services where preparation commences immediately, no reimbursement is available, but rescheduling may be arranged subject to availability.
